The HATTECH infrared temperature system iOS application is designed for motorsport enthusiasts and professionals to monitor and manage tyre temperatures efficiently.

Using the iOS App, you can wirelessly connect multiple HATTECH systems via Bluetooth Low Energy 5.0.

Getting Started

HATTECH iOS application receives data measured by the tyre and brake infrared temperature sensors in real time.

Before installing the application ensure the hardware installation steps have been completed.

• Install sensors near the tyres.
• Install sensors near the brake rotors.
• Connect all sensors to the HATTECH control unit with the provided wires.

Application Setup:

• Download and open the HATTECH app to set up your default connection profile.

• Grant camera, Bluetooth, and camera roll permissions when prompted.

Device Pairing:
• Follow the instructions to register each HATTECH device, either as front or rear device.
• Switch on the channels for tyre and brake sensors within the app in accordance to your setup.

Temperature Settings:

• Set your preferred tyre and brake temperature limits based on your manufactures recommended temperature rating.

Real-Time Monitoring:

• Watch tyre and brake temperatures live on the HATTECH app dashboard.

Recording:
• HATTECH records temperature data on the screen for each session.
• View and analyse the data in the HATTECH app.

iOS Capabilities

Built-in Recording:

After completing track sessions, you can easily review and share video files with your team thanks to the built-in recording feature. The recordings are automatically saved to local phone storage and can be viewed immediately afterwards.

You can easily share your video sessions with your team or upload them to an online platform. This makes it easier for your team to review and discuss the temperature data captured.

Setup Profiles:

Depending on which race cars you are using and whether the phone is intended to connect to other Hattech temperature systems, the iOS application features three setup profiles that can be loaded and used for customizing temperature ranges, dashboards, and drivers.

Tyre temperature visualisation:

A key feature is having a real-time temperature visualisation of the heat generated by the tyre in RGB colour gradient style view.
